HOW DO I ACCESS MY UNLIMITED LONG DISTANCE PRIVILEDGE
  • Service Description/Set-up
    1. The service being provided is an unlimited voice mail and long distance service that is accessible through a toll free number. Customers are assigned a toll-free number, voice mailbox, and the customer must set-up the own personal identification number (PIN #, 4-10 digits).
    2. Long distance calls can be made using the service from any telephone in the U.S. The customer needs only to dial the assigned 800 #; when the system requests the customer to enter a mailbox they will need to press the * key followed by their 5 digit MB ID. The system will ask them to set up their mail box and PIN #.
    3. Any message left in their mailbox can be accessed through the toll free number or the customer email address. (Email delivery option must be requested by the customer before it is set-up)
HOW DO I ACCESS MY UNLIMITED VOICEMAIL PRIVILEDGE
  • Service Use
After the customer has set up his/her VM Box they are able to utilize the service.
1. Dial the 800 # provided, when the system prompts them to enter a voice mail box; the customer needs to press the * key followed by their Mail Box ID.
2. The system will then prompt the customer to enter their PIN #.
3. The customer will be in their Mail Box's Messaging Center. The customer can use the following keys to access the following functions:
        • 6 Create a message
        • 7 Play Message
        • 8 user options (4 change greeting, 6 Change Name, 7 Change Pass-code, 8 Activate tutorial)
        • 9 Exit the system
        • # To place a call (Dial 9 + 1 + telephone number)
