Will Smith’s Top 5 Tips for Success
Step 1: Believe it. Believe in yourself and believe you can. Most people live their entire lives as complete strangers to themselves. Don’t let that happen to you. Leo Buscaglia admonished: The easiest thing to be in the world is you. The most difficult thing to be is what other people want you to be. Don’t let them put you in that position.
Step 2: Develop your skill. Don’t settle for less but do more. “Every day, people settle for less than they deserve. They are only partially living or at best living a partial life. Every human being has the potential for greatness.” – Bo Bennett
Step 3: Greatness. Be used for something significant. Dare to do what’s right for you. Choose a goal for which you are willing to exchange a piece of your life. The surest way to happiness is to lose yourself in a cause greater that yourself. You’ll be unhappy if you do not reach for something beyond yourself. If God is your partner, make your plan big.
Step 4: Be realistic. Be realistic with your goals and be specific with everything that you want in life. Be careful what you wish for ‘cause you might just get it all.
Step 5: Motivation. Know your WHY’s. Write them down so you can find what fears you the most. You need to do something because of your fears. You must be motivated to remove your fears and replace with full FAITH to claim your success.
